Hall Rental
Serving the Cougar Gulch area since the turn of the twentieth century, The Meadowbrook Community Hall is an historical, charming building available for public use. The Meadowbrook Hall boasts a full kitchen with buffet service capability, a large gathering room with a stage, piano, sound system, and tables and chairs for approximately 70-80 guests. The kitchen is moderately stocked with refrigerator, stove, microwave, utensils, bowls, and cooking equipment including coffee and coffee pots.
Consider having your next event at the Hall. It is a wonderful location for family reunions, weddings, private functions, garage sales, parties, plays and concerts! There is parking on site with an overflow parking lot immediately above the Hall for larger functions.

Rental costs: $75 for community members with current paid membership and $300 for all others

Senior members (members for the past 2 consecutive years) Rental Fee - $75
New Member Rental Fee - $150
Non-Member Rental Fee - $300
Our membership fee is $25 if paid by April 1st, and $30 if paid after for the calendar year.
